At Earthendise, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our eco-friendly products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms outlined below.

 

1.Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for unused products returned in their original condition and packaging.The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

​

Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

3. Refund Process

 

Initiating a Return:Contact us at pranay@earthendise.shop with your order details, including the order ID and reason for return.

Approval:Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions for shipping the product back.

Inspection:After receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria.

 

Processing the Refund:If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the product.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing pranay@earthendise.shop. Include photos of the damage/defect for verification.In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

6. Cancellations
